Are you dealing with pelvic pain?
If you've been diagnosed with pudendal neuralgia, piriformis syndrome, chronic prostatitis, coccydynia, or low back pain, we can work to resolve your pain. Or if you don't have a formal diagnosis (or not one you trust) we can figure out the underlying 'why' of what is going on for lasting relief.

Urinary issues like urgency/frequency or incontinence are common in male patients with pelvic floor issues. This can be accompanied by constipation, IBS or other bowel issues as well. The common denominator is the muscles of the pelvic floor, which control all these functions.

The muscles of the pelvic floor control sexual function, including erection and ejaculation. Erectile dysfunction, pain with sexual activity, or a flare in symptoms following ejaculation are all signs of pelvic floor dysfunction and can be addressed with pelvic floor physical therapy.

What is my first appointment like?
You'll be welcomed by our team as soon as you arrive and you'll head into a private treatment room with your physical therapist. You'll be able to share your story, symptoms and goals without feeling rushed.
You'll get a thorough, head-to-toe evaluation. You'll get treatment on the first day, and you'll leave with an 'Action Plan' for going forward for how to meet your goals.

I've been to pelvic PT before, can you still help?
Absolutely! Almost 70% of our patients have been to other facilities. We have a unique treatment approach and advanced techniques - it will be a very different experience than another facility.
Do I need a prescription from my physician?
No, you can just schedule your evaluation! We will send information over to your physician so they are aware we are working with you, but you don't have to jump through hoops to get started.

Can't I 'just Kegel'?
Actually, no! Most of the time Kegels aren't helpful (and often can make things worse). And in pregnancy, we want those pelvic floor muscles relaxed and ready for birth, not overly tight and irritated! ​

Will I see an aide or student during my session?
Absolutely not! You'll work 1:1 with a dedicated expert the time entire you're at PelvicSanity. That's the gold standard of care

How long are appointments?
Each of our appointments is at least a full hour. We also offer two-hour appointments for those who want to 'put their foot on the gas', have complex conditions or are driving from far away for treatment.
